The Koyanagi's live in Wailuku. Ana is also the church administrator, and Jerry helps her too...they do a lot for us all. They have 2 children, 6 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
Elders Danny & Lisa Bediamol
The Bediamol's live in Wailuku and serve in many ways in the church. They are a very humble family and desires to be involved in everything. Danny and Lisa have 2 teenage sons.
Deacons Ira & Kellyann Kala
The Kala and Keala Ohana are long time families of Maui. Our beloved Kellyanne has recently gone home to Glory. We are grateful for her passion for Jesus. Ira and Kellyann have 4 children and 2 grandchildren.
Cubby is married to Ciara; his beautiful wife of four years. They live on the island of Molokai. He is a Policeman and Ciara is a school teacher. Cubby and Ciara have a 2-year old baby girl named Freya.
Evangelist Ed Gazmen
Ed was born in 1945. At 12 years old, he and his family migrated from the Philippines to Lahaina. Ed attended and graduated from Lahainaluna High School. He also attended the University of Hawaii, Manoa Campus. Ed served in the U.S. Army, stationed in Korea during the Vietnam era as a surgical tech. And in 1982, Ed made the greatest decision of his life by receiving Jesus Christ as his Lord and Personal Savior. In 1985, he was ordained into His service by Les Brown, Senior Pastor, Family Life Center (formerly Rose of Sharon).
Faith Ministries for Asia
Ed conducted crusades in the southern part of the Philippines, in Mindanao, as well as in northern Luzon. In the year 2000 to 2010, he and his wife, Arlene Elizares-Gazmen, established and pastored "New Life Community Church" in Wailuku. Sensing his true calling as an evangelist, Ed returned to preaching the Message of the Cross.
In 2016, as part of God’s vision for South East Asia, Ed started to travel to the Philippines, most specifically to start a work to 1.) establish a training center for evangelists and 2.) identify, train, and launch nationals and send them to the various South East nations.
Ed is also involved in the community. He was past president of the Kiwanis Club, Kahului; past trainer and advocate for domestic violence; motivational speaker for various service organizations; past prison ministry for 25 years; homeless advocate for the past 22 years; advisory board for The Salvation Army; newspaper publisher, and PTSD advocate, working with veterans. He is also a Certified Life Coach.
Ed and Arlene live in Wailuku. They have 4 children: Cheyenne, Isaac, Andrew and Jessica. And they also have 4 grandchildren: Skyler, Isabel, Isaiah, and Ileana.
